“Barefoot at Broke” offers you a perfect Hunter Valley getaway in a unique blend of modern country home and can be rented as 2 or 3 bedrooms, huge open plan living, dining and gourmet kitchen and furnished with all the luxuries and modern touches to spoil you & your furry friend. Set on 23 acres surrounds, it offers guests some spectacular views of the pond, mountain ranges and neighbouring vineyards to completely unwind, relax and rejuvenate whilst exploring the tranquil Hunter Valley

The Space

Barefoot is set on private 23 acres cradled by the Yengo mountain range with a commanding position overlooking the Broke/Fordwich wine region and provides guests with complete serenity and tranquillity to relax in the countryside. Barefoot can be enjoyed all year round, relax by the fireplace in the cooler months and reverse cycle air-conditioning for all year round comfort. Without leaving the property, you can find your favourite picnic spots overlooking the pond with views of the neighbouring vineyards and Brokenback mountain ranges beyond with lots of wildlife including kangaroos, wombats and native birds.

The house caters for families, group of friends and couples. Please note that our base rate is for 4 guests for 2 bedrooms use and the third bedroom will be locked. The 3rd bedroom will only be opened if booking is for more than 4 guests or if you have not more than 4 guests and wants the third bedroom open, please contact host for additional charges that will apply.

There is plenty of spacious inviting indoor and outdoor areas to find your own space. The main bedroom with en-suite and two other large bedrooms in opposite wings of the house ensures privacy and guests can come together in the centrally located living/dining/kitchen area adjoining an outdoor entertaining deck. Kids can also have their own space in the large loft area.

Barefoot is the perfect getaway to escape the everyday hustle and bustle and enjoy the ambience of a country property wrapped in luxury and inviting you to return whenever you visit the Hunter Valley.

Guest Access

Guest have access to the whole house comprising of main bedroom with ensuite & walk in robe on one wing and 2 other large bedrooms (if booking is for more than 4 guests) on the opposite wing and second bathroom and 2 other separate toilets. Please note that our base rate is for 4 guests for 2 bedrooms use and the third bedroom will be locked.

The 3rd bedroom will only be opened if booking is for more than 4 guests or if you have not more than 4 guests and wants the third bedroom open, please contact host for additional charges that will apply.
