Terms & Conditions

A 50% deposit is required on booking, and the balance (Remaining 50% of Rental, Cleaning fee and Security deposit) is payable 4 weeks prior to date of arrival. Security deposit will be refunded within 1 week of your departure upon receipt of a satisfaction inspection report.

Only a registered number of guests notified to host during booking may be allowed on the premises. 

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled at least 4 weeks before check in: Refund of 50% of rental.

If cancelled within 4 weeks of check in: Rental is not refundable.

  • Check-in: From 2:00pm onwards
  • Checkout: 10:00 am
  • Self check-in with key safe
  • No smoking
  • No parties or events
  • Pet is allowed with pre-approval (Charges apply:  A small dog will be allowed, at a fee of $50 per dog per stay)
