Our standard rates start from $750 per night (max occupancy is 4 guests) plus a cleaning fee of $175.
Minimum stay is two nights unless specified below.

Booking and Cancellation Policy
50% deposit of rental is required on booking and the balance (rental, cleaning fee and security deposit) is payable 4 weeks prior to the date of arrival.
Security deposit will be refunded within 1 week of your departure upon receipt of a satisfaction inspection report.
If canceled at least 4 weeks before check in: cancellable with refund of 50% of rental.
If canceled within 4 weeks of check in: non-cancellable and so rental is not refundable.
